Kril in another crab's treasure

How Long to Beat Another Crab’s Treasure

If you’re thinking of starting Another Crab’s Treasure or have already played a bit of it, you’re likely wondering just how long it is. Fortunately, it’s a fairly lengthy adventure.

The length of soulslikes tends to differ depending on your skill level. If you’re an expert, then you’ll likely breeze through some of the more lightweight experiences. Of course, if you’re new to the genre, then you’ll probably sink 100 hours into just the first boss. Another Crab’s Treasure sits firmly in the middle, as veterans will still need to sink a fair bit of time into it, while newcomers won’t be dedicating their whole lives to seeing the credits roll.

How Long Is Another Crab’s Treasure

It will take players 15 hours to finish Another Crab’s Treasure’s main story and see the credits roll. To do absolutely everything, including finding all outfits, unlocking every Adaptation, getting every Shell, finding all of the Stainless Relics, and beating every boss, will take 35 hours. Of course, most of this is completely optional. So, if you find yourself wanting to rush through the main story, it won’t take you very long.

Another Crab’s Treasure is quite linear in terms of its narrative structure. You’ll go from boss to boss, with each one appearing in a new area. Additionally, there aren’t any traditional side quests or fetch quests to tick off. Of course, each area is relatively large and has a lot of secrets and puzzles scattered throughout it, which you can distract yourself with if you want a longer experience. There are also 30 trophies/achievements which you can work towards. It’s a fairly achievable task for those who enjoy Platinuming games.

Another Crab’s Treasure isn’t the longest soulslike, but its length is pretty typical for the genre. With 13 bosses to defeat and an additional 5 optional ones to seek out, you’ll still have plenty to do. Of course, if you’re finding it is taking too long, you can always just switch on the Assist Mode, give yourself a gun, and one shot every boss. That’s everything you need to know about how long it takes to beat Another Crab’s Treasure. For more guides just like this one, be sure to check out our Guide Hub.
