Is Assassin’s Creed Mirage on Steam Deck?

Assassin’s Creed Mirage is now available for fans to enjoy, but Steam Deck owners are still left wondering if they can run it.

On launch, Assassin’s Creed Mirage is available for PC via the Epic Games Store or Ubisoft Connect, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. However, fans want to know if the game can also be played on the handheld Steam Deck. Fortunately, owners of Valve’s nifty handheld are going to be happy.

Is Assassin’s Creed Mirage on Steam Deck?

Yes, you can play Assassin’s Creed Mirage on the Steam Deck. Despite it not being officially available through Steam, you can still play it through the Epic Games Store or Ubisoft Connect on your Steam Deck. Assassin’s Creed Mirage will run well on the handheld so long as you have it on Low settings and at 720p resolution. This should give you between 30 – 40 FPS.

It is important to note that you will need the Ubisoft Connect installed on your Steam Deck even if you’re playing it through Epic Games Store. While you can install Ubisoft Connect on your Steam Deck relatively easily, it is not available through the Steam store page. This means you’ll need to download it via desktop mode and install it correctly.
