How Long to Beat Hades 2

Hades 2, even in Early Access, offers players a lot of amazing content to get through, but just how long does it all take to beat?

The original Hades was a very, very long game. While the main story could be completed in around 20 hours, to do absolutely everything it had to offer, it could take you up to 100 hours. Surprisingly, despite being in Early Access, Hades 2 isn’t too far off hitting that target. In fact, if you want to do everything in Hades 2, you may just finish it in time for version 1.0!

How Long Is Hades 2?

It will take players 15 hours to beat Hades 2’s main story and see the credits roll. However, to 100% complete absolutely everything the game currently has to offer, it will take 50+ hours. This includes beating every boss, including the final boss Chronos, unlocking every Weapon Aspect, improving your relationship with every NPC and God, unlocking every Keepsake, getting all of the Incantations, finding every Arcana Card, and filling out the Codex.

One run to get to the end of the Underworld in Hades 2 will take you roughly 30 to 40 minutes. This, of course, completely depends on your skill level and how confident you are with each region and boss. Some players may be able to smash through the game in just a handful of runs. However, we suspect most players will require upwards of 20 or more runs to beat the game completely.

Even once you beat the main story, there’s still plenty of content to get through. There are Boons to get, optional challenges to grind out, and even secret bosses to uncover. Of course, even more content is expected to be added to the game across its Early Access phase. So, it’s likely that the time to 100% everything in Hades 2 will double when it launches into 1.0. That’s everything you need to know about how long it takes to beat Hades 2. For more guides just like this one, be sure to check out our Guide Hub.
