The SXSW Sydney 2023 featured 150 unique indie games from around the world and held its first awards ceremony to recognise excellence.
Dredge, the New Zealand-based horror fishing game by Black Salt Games, won the coveted Game of the Year award, and Solium Inferno, by League of Geeks, won the People’s Choice Award. While there were plenty of incredible games at SXSW Sydney 2023, here are all the winners of the SXSW Sydney 2023 Games Awards Night:
