Another Crab’s Treasure: Best Places to Farm Microplastics

Players looking to level up their stats will need to farm as many Microplastics as possible in Another Crab’s Treasure.

For the most part, players don’t need to worry about farming enemies to get more Microplastics, at least to level up their stats. However, you use Microplastics for a lot of stuff in Another Crab’s Treasure, including to get Shell Insurance. So, it is definitely worth farming a lot if you have the time and patience. Fortunately, there are a handful of areas that are very easy to farm.

How to Get More Microplastics in Another Crab’s Treasure

The best locations to farm Microplastics in Another Crab’s Treasure are the Old Ocean area and the Cave of Respite. Players may recognize the Cave of Respite as the starting area where you’re left a little defenseless. Despite being the starting location, it’s filled to the brim with crabs, all of which give out plenty of Microplastics. You can reasonably and quickly farm upwards of 250 Microplastics in this area alone as it’s quite small. However, to get to the Cave of Respite, you’ll need to do a little platforming. Here’s how to reach it after leaving it initially:

  • Head to the Cave of Respite Moon Shell
  • Jump up to the platform to the right of the Moon Shell entrance
  • From here, you’ll need to jump across each platform along the wall until you spot a large net
  • Climb up the rope and drop down into the area below
  • Here are all the crabs for you to slaughter

Alternatively, if you don’t want to head back to the Cave of Respite, then you can try the Old Ocean area. It has a huge number of enemies for you to farm that aren’t particularly tough to kill, thanks to their basic attack patterns. Of course, no matter where you pick, you’ll have to keep grinding it in order to get the most Microplastics. As you can get through the game without grinding Microplastics, it isn’t designed with farming them in mind. However, it is absolutely possible if you put your mind to it. That’s everything you need to know about farming Microplastics in Another Crab’s Treasure. For more guides just like this one, be sure to check out our Guide Hub.
