Starfield: Early Access Details

Bethesda officially releases Starfield on the 6th of September, and players are wondering if there is any way they can get the game early.

The upcoming RPG has been generating excitement since its reveal five years ago. Its grand and extensive gameplay can’t come soon enough for eager fans, and we’ll finally get to play it soon.

Starfield, the first completely new world from Bethesda in over two decades, is touted as Skyrim in space, promising a familiar experience for fans of The Elder Scrolls and Fallout series.

Can I Get Early Access to Starfield?

Yes, it has been confirmed that an early-access pass will allow players to get their hands on Starfield 5 days prior to its release around the world. This means early access will begin and be available from the 1st of September.

To obtain the early-access pass, players must pre-order the Premium edition or Constellation edition of Starfield. If you want to get your hands on the game early, ensure you get your pre-order in as soon as possible.

Starfield Early-Access Release Time

All players will receive Starfield at the same time’s on both the early release and full release dates. Some players who are on Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) have already identified their pre-order states that they will get access from 9 pm on the 31st of August which is even earlier than the reported 1st of September.

Here are the launch times for different timezones.

  • 9pm Aug 31st – Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)
  • 12am Sept 1st – Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)
  • 5am Sept 1st – British Summer Time (BST)
  • 2pm Sept 1st – Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
