If you’re trying to unlock every ally in Rise of the Ronin, you’ll need to complete a lot of Main and Bond Missions. You’ll even have to replay a few.
Allies are incredibly helpful in Rise of the Ronin, as they make combat a lot less challenging and missions a little more fun overall. Fortunately, there are a lot of them in the game, and you can unlock them all so long as you know exactly how.
How to Unlock All Allies in Rise of the Ronin
There are 32 allies to unlock in Rise of the Ronin. You will need to complete certain Main Missions and Bond Missions in order to unlock them all. However, some are only unlockable, depending on the choices you have made. So, if you’ve locked yourself out of getting one, you’ll need to use the Testament of the Soul in a Longhouse to replay those missions and change your choices.
You can keep track of the allies you’ve already unlocked by going to the Allies section of the Bond menu. Additionally, you can check which choices you haven’t made by going to the Ronin Missions menu in the Testament of the Soul and pressing R3. That way, you can see which choices you need to make in order to unlock the remaining characters. Below is a full list of every ally and the conditions you need to complete in order to unlock them.

How to Unlock the Social Climber Trophy in Rise of the Ronin
To unlock the Social Climber trophy in Rise of the Ronin, you will need to take every ally on just one mission. To do that, you’ll first need to unlock every ally in the game. Then, to take an ally on a mission, you’ll need to select them in the preparation menu before the mission starts and then complete that mission. It doesn’t matter what mission it is, so long as it allows you to take an ally with you.
