Remnant 2 releases this July and many players are curious if they are able to have early access to the game, even if it’s just for a few days.
Since revealing at the 2022 Game Awards and more info given during the 2023 Summer Game Fest, many fans are anticipating the sequel’s release. The launch date for the game is quickly approaching and players can get their hands on it soon.
Remnant 2 is shaping up to be a true successor that looks to only be better and more expansive than the original game. Players will have a load of new content to look forward to when the game launches.
Is Early Access To Remnant 2 Available?
It has been confirmed through the different editions available to pre-order that early access for the game is indeed going to be available. Those who have early access will be able to play four days early, starting on July 21, 2023.
In order to gain early access, players must have pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of Remnant 2. The early access perk does not apply to either the Standard or Deluxe Editions of the game, unfortunately.
The cost of the Ultimate Edition also seems like a great deal for Remnant 2. It is USD$69.99 / AUD$103.00 and gives you four days of early access but the DLC pass, with three new expansions coming within the first year of launch.
Remnant 2 Early Access Release Time
Remnant 2 is set to release at a usual release time for all platforms albeit on different days depending on which edition players have pre-ordered. According to both Xbox and PlayStation storefronts, the game is set to release at 7 pm (Eastern Standard Time) on July 21st.
Here are the different launch times by zone:
- 4 pm July 21st – Pacific Standard Time (PST)
- 7 pm July 21st – Eastern Standard Time (EST)
- 12 am July 22nd – British Summer Time (BST)
- 9 am July 22nd – Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
Remnant 2 is available to pre-order on all storefronts and those who want to receive early access can still pre-order the Ultimate Edition.
