Manor Lords: How to Stop Bandits

If you’re sick of bandits stealing your goods in Manor Lords, then don’t worry. There is a very easy way of stopping them.

Every so often, nearby bandits will steal some of your stored goods in Manor Lords. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially in the winter, as it can lead to your villagers running out of food. Fortunately, it’s not that hard to stop them, but it does require a little bit of planning and a lot of materials. Below, we explain exactly how to stop bandits in Manor Lords.

How to Stop Bandits Stealing Your Goods in Manor Lords

The only way to stop bandits in Manor Lords is to send out an army and destroy their camp. To do this, you’ll need to establish a militia, build their weapons and armor, and then set a rallying point. Once you’ve established your militia, send them to the nearest bandit camp. You’ll be able to spot bandit camps by zooming out and looking at the region map. However, you can also click on the bandit camp notification to be sent directly to its location.

When your militia arrives at the bandit camp, the bandits will send out their army. You won’t need more than 50 men per bandit camp, as their armies tend to be quite small and also weak. After you’ve defeated the bandit camp, you’ll conquer it, permanently removing it and earning you some influence.

It’s worth noting that bandit camps will continue to spawn throughout your entire playthrough. Once one is destroyed, another will inevitably pop up in a different location. Additionally, destroying bandit camps doesn’t stop bandit raids on your settlement, as bandits in bandit camps won’t attack you directly. They just steal your stuff automatically every so often. It is possible for the other AI-controlled Lord to destroy some of the bandit camps, although this is random.
