Yes, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and the Arkham Batman games are canon. The confirmation comes directly from Sefton Hill, the Creative Director for Rocksteady games, and the game is a continuation of the Arkhamverse titles.

As the Arkham series and Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League are canon, this means that the Batman in both games is the same. This also confirms that the Harley Quinn from the Arkham series is the same in Suicide Squad. Therefore, players get to play her in the newest entry by Rocksteady, which is played by the previous voice actress, Tara Strong.

When Does Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Take Place in Relation to the Arkham Games?

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League takes place five years after the ending of Arkham Knight. Players believed Batman was killed at the end of Arkham Knight. However, after earning 100% in the game, it’s revealed that someone is still cleaning up Gotham City. Although it could have been thought to be Azrael, it’s now clear that the owner of the cowl is none other than the Bruce Wayne version of Batman from the Arkhamverse titles.
