Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Joker

The Joker is Coming to Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League, But It Might Be Too Late

The Joker is joining Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League for the launch of the game’s first season, but it seems like it might be a little too late.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Season 1 launches on March 28 and provides players with new playable environments, bosses, enemy variants, weapons, and battle passes, along with The Joker as a playable character. However, with the player base dropping considerably low, many might wonder if that release is too late to save the game.

The State of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League launched to mediocre critical reviews, with Hey Poor Player stating that the game has “one of the worst campaigns ever to grace a videogame.” Since the release, the User Reviews on Metacritic have dropped to below 4, and, at the time of writing, the Steam concurrent player count has fallen below 250 players.

The current roadmap states that Warner Bros. is committing to 4 seasons of content. However, after their recent announcement that the company is turning away from AAA games because of Suicide Squad, it seems unlikely that the game will extend beyond this. Hopefully, it won’t be long before the game receives a significant discount to increase the player base and doesn’t follow in the footsteps of Marvel’s Avengers.

That’s everything we know about the first season of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. Warner Bros. hasn’t mentioned any specifics about The Joker besides the initial announcement post on X. If you want to check out more of our Suicide Squad coverage, you can head to our Guide Hub here.
