Helldivers 2 players have been anxiously waiting for the arrival of mech suits since they were leaked in a data mine. Afterward, players began to see leaked gameplay of the machinations stomping and destroying hordes of bugs like it was target practice. Fortunately, they are now available after successfully defending the planet on which they are produced, Tien Kwan. How to Get the EXO-45 Patriot Mech in Helldivers 2
Players can purchase the mech from the Robotics Workshop section of Stratagems in the Ship Management. To buy it, players must have a rank of Level 25 and 20,000 Requisition Points. However, once both are obtained, the mech is yours to own and call in as a Stratagem for your future operations.
The EXO-45 Patriot mech has 1000 Machine Gun rounds and 14 Rockets in its Rocket Launcher. It doles out some serious firepower and is a must-have, especially when fighting the Terminids. Additionally, players have two uses of the Stratagem per match, giving you multiple chances to operate it. On the downside, though, expect long waits between each use as the cooldown is 10 minutes long.
Helldivers 2 players have a new stratagem to contend with against both Terminids and Automatons alike. As the game continues to evolve, we can likely expect new stratagems, both explosive and vehicle, to make their way to the game.
