The world of Remnant 2 is expanding with the revelation of an additional, hidden Archetype: The Archon.
Remnant 2 already boasts an impressive list of nine known playable Archetypes, namely the Gunslinger, Handler, Challenger, Medic, Hunter, Alchemist, Explorer, Summoner, and Engineer. Although, rumours of other hidden Archetypes continue to circulate.
Indeed, the Archon Archetype does exist within the world of Remnant 2. Initial reports pointed to the existence of more Archetypes as the team at Fextra Life, responsible for the wiki, had hidden URLs for a few Archetypes not available as starting options.
These hidden pages, when accessed, led to a 403 error stating access was forbidden, inciting curiosity among players. This suggested that there was some inside knowledge exclusive to the wiki team.
Now, we can officially confirm that the Archon Archetype is part of Remnant 2, and here is how you can unlock it.
How to Unlock The Archon Archetype in Remnant 2
The Archon Archetype is unlocked by creating the Hexahedron Engram.
To acquire the Hexahedron, players need to Unlock the Red Door in the Backrooms in the Labyrinth and collect an item called the Strange Box.
Unlocking the Red Door requires the following items to be equipped:
Engram Explorer with skill Fortune Hunter (LV10)
Engram Invader with skill Worm Hole (LV5)
Armor set Realmwalker
Relic Consumable Void Heart
Black Cat Band
With all of this, the door will open, and send you to the Backrooms. Now, you must explore this area until you find the Strange Box.
