Players would highly benefit from a health bar larger than three hearts, as swarms of enemies can take out your LEGO character in a flash. But how do you get more hearts? Below, we cover the details.
How To Get More Hearts
To gain more hearts in LEGO Fortnite, you can either find one in a chest or a Llama or craft and then equip Health Charms, which grant you additional health and defense. While crafting Charms may seem tedious, they are a lifesaver and will ensure you don’t get one-shotted every time you venture outside of your village. However, to craft a Health Charm, you must first follow a series of steps. Below, we outline the steps.
- Build a Crafting Table.
- This is the only place where you can craft Health Charms.
- Gather the following materials:
- 3 Silk Threads
- You get these by turning Silk into Silk Thread via the Spinning Wheel.
- 3 Bones
- Obtained by killing Skeletons.
- 5 Wolf Claw
- Obtained by killing Wolves.
- 3 Silk Threads
- Go to the Crafting Table and make a Health Charm.
Once you have created the Health Charm, you must equip it. You’ll find them in the equipment section on the right-hand side of your inventory. There’ll be multiple spots to equip Charms on your LEGO Fortnite character, allowing you to stack various Charms. If you miss this final step, you’ll notice that your health bar will not increase. After all your hard labor, it is crucial to equip it as it will not have an effect if you don’t.
It should be noted that there are different rarities of Health Charms in LEGO Fortnite depending on how upgraded your Crafting Table is. While all Health Charms increase your total number of hearts, you’ll gain more hearts the higher the rarity of the Charm. It is definitely worth crafting the upgraded version of the Health Charms when they become available.
