An upcoming Fortnite x Fall Guys collaboration has leaked online, teasing that the frantically cute game will be heading into the ever-expanding Battle Royale world.
After Epic Games acquired Mediatonic in 2021, players were able to take part in quests during events to earn cosmetics. For example, the Fall Guys Crown Clash challenges in 2022 required players to do in-game challenges in Fall Guys to earn the free Major Mancake skin in Fortnite. Now, leaks of another potential Fortnite x Fall Guys collab have surfaced online.
What Is Included in the Fortnite x Fall Guys Collab?
Reliable Fortnite Leaker iFireMonkey has released information on X (formerly Twitter) claiming that Fall Guys will be coming to Fortnite in a Battle Royale mode, codenamed “Beanstalk.” The collaboration will include a Fall Guys obstacle course. Players will be able to access it by teleporting to the minigame itself via the Fortnite map. This will likely be similar to the alien abduction minigame from Chapter 2, Season 7. Luckily enough, the obstacle course will also include checkpoints. Files have also been found regarding the beloved Pegwins from Fall Guys, where they will chase players around. They are speculated to be the supply drop for the upcoming collaboration and will be found all over the map.
iFireMonkey has also mentioned that there will be quests during the event that allow players to earn rewards. These quest rewards could be XP and cosmetics for Fortnite, like a Fall Guys-related backbling. However, players could possibly earn rewards for Fall Guys. This would be similar to how the Fall Guys Crown Clash challenges worked in Fall Guys, as completing quests there unlocked Major Mancake in Fortnite. While this would be an excellent addition, players will not know for sure until more information is available.
It should be noted that Fortnite has not confirmed these leaks. Like any leaks that surface online, this should be taken with a grain of salt.
