How to Play LEGO Fortnite Solo

LEGO Fortnite is an experience that can be enjoyed by many, but some players want to experience it solo. Here are all the details you need to play alone.

The expansive world of LEGO Fortnite allows friends or strangers to invite others to their created world and develop their own types of communities and villages in them. However, some players choose to do things independently and wonder if the mode can be experienced solo. Below are the details on how to make LEGO Fortnite a one-person game.

How to Play LEGO Fortnite Solo

LEGO Fortnite can be played Solo, but a couple of steps must be taken to ensure you are the only player in your world. As friends can join you from the friends list and enter your lobby, it automatically takes you into their world. The following is how to keep your world to yourself.

  1. Launch LEGO Fortnite by clicking on it in the main menu or from the application.
  2. When in the lobby, navigate to your settings.
  3. Head to the settings section with your Profile Picture.
  4. Scroll down to Party Joinability.
  5. Switch to “Invite Only.”
  6. Launch LEGO Fortnite in your world.

After turning the privacy settings to the above choice, players can only join your party based on an invite you send them. Therefore, they cannot join your lobby and enter your world.

Can Strangers Join Your Lego Fortnite World

LEGO Fortnite worlds are not public, so strangers can’t join your world. The players’ worlds in the survival game can be joined by friends or made an invite-only situation. While there is no explanation as to why the feature is not included, the possibility of players joining to troll and destroy others’ creations may be part of it.

Those wishing to find others online to play with can head to the LEGO Fortnite Discord server to search for others looking to build worlds with. As of now, the game mode will likely keep its matchmaking circumstances as is to see if it flows well for those playing it.
