How Long to Beat Super Mario Bros. Wonder

Super Mario Bros. Wonder offers players a surprisingly lengthy adventure, but just how long is Nintendo’s latest title?

If you were hoping that Super Mario Bros. Wonder would be a long game, then you’re absolutely in luck. Fortunately, the latest game in the series is absolutely packed with content, from completing its 6 worlds, collecting all of the standees, and finding every Wonder Seed. Of course, there’s also a charming story to see unfold and a final boss to defeat. Below, we explain exactly how long it will take you to beat the latest Mario title, depending on how much content you want to experience.

How Long Is Super Mario Bros. Wonder?

Super Mario Bros. Wonder is around 14 to 16 hours, with most players being able to complete all 6 major worlds, beat the final boss, and try out some of the additional stages in that time. However, you can beat the game in as little as 10 hours if you want to get through it as quickly as possible. Additionally, completionists are looking at around 20 to 25 hours to unlock every stage, purchase every standee, and find every Wonder Seed.

This makes Super Mario Bros. Wonder’s main story around 2 hours longer than Odyssey, but about 40 hours shorter when it comes to a completionist run. On the other hand, it is 6 hours longer than New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe when it comes to story and 8 hours longer for completionists.

Multiplayer gameplay from Super Mario Bros. Wonder

It isn’t the longest game in Mario’s history, but it will offer players a lengthy experience surprisingly comparable to the story-driven Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. Of course, there’s so much side content that some players can likely get lost in this new Mario game for hours on end.
