The best way to farm Medals in Helldivers 2 is to complete Eradicate Missions during the Automaton Defense Major Order. This is because these come with a single objective of eliminating a certain number of enemies and are much shorter than regular missions. They give the same number of Medals as other missions. You can earn Medals at a much faster rate if you choose to run Eradicate Missions.
Take the following into consideration to ensure success while running Eradicate Missions in Helldivers 2:
- Drop in with a full squad to ensure you have as much firepower, Stratagems, and Reinforcements at your team’s disposal.
- Make use of Sentry Stratagems, as these will do most of the work for you.
- The Mortar Sentry is particularly effective and can decimate groups at range.
- Make sure you bring along an Autocannon or Railgun to help deal with the larger enemies.
- If you can handle it, play on higher difficulties to earn more Medals!
