A video has been uploaded to the video page of the official Rockstar Games website, making fans believe a new trailer is on its way.
GTA 6 has had its fair share of leaks over the past few months. We’ve seen full clips of unfinished gameplay and story spoilers being shared online. However, it seems like fans might be in store for some official reveals, as many believe a new video could be the first trailer for the game.
Fans Spot Potential GTA 6 Gameplay Trailer
Fans have sighted a possible GTA 6 gameplay trailer on Google after a mysterious upload to the video page of the official Rockstar Games website appeared earlier today. An unofficial Rockstar Games news account on X (formerly Twitter) called Rockstar Universe posted about the update. They teased that it could be a trailer or potential announcement for the highly anticipated GTA 6.
Fans theorize that Rockstar has uploaded a private video to their videos page. This would prompt anyone googling ‘rockstar video’ to see that the site had published something recently. Many suspect, or more likely just hope, that it is an announcement video or gameplay trailer for GTA 6. The sequel to the critically acclaimed GTA 5 has had gameplay leaked in the past. So, it would make sense that Rockstar would want to publish their own official gameplay videos as soon as possible.
It’s also noteworthy as Take-Two Interactive, the publisher of Grand Theft Auto 6, recently confirmed that the game would be released any time between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025.
If GTA 6 is released sometime next year, it’s understandable that Rockstar will want to begin building hype. Of course, it goes without saying, but make sure to take all of this with a pinch of salt. After all, it is also possible that the update to their video page is nothing more than a routine update or a video upload completely unrelated to GTA 6. But we can all dream.
