The upcoming Phantom Liberty add-on introduces an entirely fresh district known as Dogtown, a new narrative arc, additional weaponry and attire, an elevated level cap, and various other enhancements. Details regarding the pre-load availability for the expansion ahead of its launch have now been unveiled.
Pre-load Times for Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty
Phantom Liberty will operate similarly to the typical pre-load windows offered for most games. While it’s important to note that pre-load timings are subject to change, we can reference the details provided by CD Projekt Red regarding the DLC release times. The current pre-load schedule is as follows:

Regarding pre-loading, the times are the same for console players, given the midnight launch in each region. Players will have 48 hours prior to Phantom Liberty’s launch to download it.
