The Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty DLC launches soon, and we know exactly when it will be ready for each region.
As the much-anticipated DLC looms closer to launch, details such as where it takes place in the story and the specs needed for it are now available. However, CD Projekt Red has released news on when players can expect to get their hands on the expansion, and it’s a lot sooner than you think.
When Does Phantom Liberty Release for Cyberpunk 2077?
Phantom Liberty has two different launch times, which depend on the platform. Those loading up the DLC on PC can play earlier than the other platforms in the west, but later in the east. Below is a list of the PC release times:
- September 25 – 4 PM, Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)
- September 25 – 7 PM, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)
- September 26 – 12 AM, British Standard Time (BST)
- September 26 – 9 AM, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
The situation is different for those playing on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, as the game will be released at midnight in each region. Below is the list for reference:
- September 26 – 12 AM, Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)
- September 26 – 12 AM, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)
- September 26 – 12 AM, British Standard Time (BST)
- September 26 – 12 AM, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
The Phantom Liberty expansion for Cyberpunk 2077 looks to have a staggered release by platform and region. The DLC is releasing next week on September 25th and September 26th. It is available only on the current-gen consoles, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, as well as PC. The DLC will not release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Phantom Liberty can be pre-ordered now through the console storefronts, and PC via Steam, GOG, and Epic Games Store.
