If you’d like to add heat to your Angry Flaming Spaghetti, you’ll need ½ cup of high-proof alcohol (Must be 21+ to flambé). Once you have plated the pasta, place it on a heat-proof surface. Then, add two tablespoons of your chosen liquor to a small ladle. Slowly and carefully pour a thin stream over the pasta. Then, proceed to use a long stick lighter to light the stream itself. This will proceed to flambe the pasta on the surface. Allow the flames to extinguish before enjoying your fresh Angry Flaming Spaghetti.
