Players will want to unlock the incredibly overpowered JAK Purifier flamethrower attachment in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Zombies to burn down the hordes.
There are a number of incredibly useful attachments in MW3 Zombies. However, by far, the most popular one at the moment is the JAK Purifier. This adds a flamethrower to your underbarrel, allowing you to burn anything within close range. It’s very powerful and especially handy when dealing with massive hordes of zombies. Fortunately, it isn’t too difficult to unlock.
How to Unlock the JAK Purifier Attachment in MW3 Zombies
You can unlock the JAK Purifier flamethrower attachment in MW3 by completing its Armory Unlock Challenge. To do this, you just need to complete five Daily Challenges. Alternatively, you can use it in Zombies if someone who already has it drops their gun and you exfil with it. Previously, the only way to unlock the JAK Purifier attachment in MW3 was by getting it in the Season 1 Battle Pass.
The JAK Purifier was part of the Season 1 Battle Pass and could be located in Sector A14. It was available for free, so long as players grinded enough to get it. Typically, attachments and guns that are part of the Battle Pass are then added as Armory Unlock Challenges for all players afterward. The JAK Purifier, much like the other JAK attachments, was added as an Armory Unlock after the Season ended.
It’s worth noting that the JAK Purifier cannot be attached to every weapon in the game. The only guns you can attach it to are any of the MW3-specific assault rifles, apart from the FR 5.56, as well as the BAS-B, MTZ-762, Sidewinder Battle Rifles, and the Riveter Shotgun.
