Visions of Mana has been on JRPG fans’ radars for quite some time now. It promises not only the next entry in the Mana series but also a colorful and bombastic experience. Fortunately, those who’ve waited patiently to try it have finally been rewarded, as a free demo is available right now. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about it, including file size and what’s included.

Visions of Mana Demo Available Now

Players can download a free Visions of Mana demo right now across all platforms, including PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Steam. This comes just a month before the game’s full release on Thursday, August 29, 2024. The demo will take up around 12.7GB of space on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. So, you’ll need to set aside some space for it before downloading.

The Visions of Mana demo contains an abridged version of a chapter from the beginning of the game. However, it isn’t the first chapter, so players will be thrown into the story a little bit. You’ll get to explore some of the game’s open-area regions and engage in combat. Of course, you’ll also get a taste of what to expect in the story and meet some of Visions of Mana’s interesting roster of characters.

Unfortunately, unlike most of Square Enix’s demos, your progress will not carry over to the full game. So, this is really a taster for the full Visions of Mana experience, as opposed to a way to get a headstart. However, if you complete the demo, you will be rewarded with three unique weapons for Val in the full game. These are a sword called Gladius, a greatsword called Falx, and a Horn Lance. That’s everything you need to know about the Visions of Mana demo. Will you be downloading it? Let us know in the comments below.
