All Aliens: Fireteam Elite Sequel Leaks
An abundance of leaks has surfaced on Reddit from the user firemonkey11 about an Alien: Fireteam Elite sequel. This upcoming unannounced sequel is allegedly code-named ‘Project Macondo’ and is set for a Q3 2025 worldwide release. It is a third-person shooter and will feature improved mechanics, atmosphere, and excitement from its 2021 predecessor. It’s safe to say that they are aiming to give players an even better experience than the original.
The upcoming sequel will also feature a brand-new story campaign, where players will jump into the shoes of spec-op Xenomorph hunters from the DAGGER Company. Here, users will pick from five unique archetype presets that each feature their own special signature weapon and abilities. This also includes the accompaniment of two AI companions or two live players when playing.

Players will also be able to interact with various gameplay scenarios, including NPC interactions, alternative paths, navigational challenges, and clue-finding. There will be multiple modes to experience, such as Annihilation Mode and Horde Mode, which will feature all kinds of encounters. Although the sequel will bring a fresh experience to players, it should be noted that this experience is aimed at 18+ players due to its mature content and violence.
Luckily, microtransactions are not planned for the sequel, which includes gacha-like features and loot boxes. However, post-launch content is being considered. This could include things such as additional Annihilation maps or story mission DLC. Although all of this information is exciting for Alien fans, like any other leaks, this information should be taken with a grain of salt.
