Like most modern games, TopSpin 2K25 features seasons that introduce new content for players to experience. Each Season has a different theme, with Season 1 being centered around Roland- Garros. Recently, the game has entered Season 2, with a centralized theme of Wimbledon.
TopSpin 2K25 Season 2 Heads to the World-Famous Wimbledon Tournament
TopSpin 2K25 Season 2 presents a free new tennis pro, the world number one, Jannik Sinner. This roster introduction also invites a community challenge that targets 22,000 total matches played as Jannik Sinner in the 2K tour or Exhibition modes to earn him the AO24 top.
Additionally, there is an array of Gucci-themed items, such as a Gucci Tennis court based in Italy, in-game apparel, and tournaments. Given the seasonal theme, the Grand Slam venue, The Championships (Wimbledon) will also be available to select as a venue.
When it comes to the Centre Court Pass, there are also a variety of new items, including apparel that aligns with Wimbledon’s all-white dress code. As a bonus, the Pass is American Express-themed, meaning players can unlock rackets, various apparel items, and more, all representing the famous sponsor. Players can also nab two new alternative outfits for Serena Williams: her 2015 Wimbledon victory outfit and her attire for the 2016 US Open. Both sets of clothes are available to all players as long as they reach Tier 50 in the Centre Court Pass.
Gucci Tennis Cup Tournament Details for Season 2 of TopSpin 2K25
Players can participate in various timed legs of the Gucci Tennis Cup tournament in Season 2 of TopSpin 2K25. The Gucci collection of apparel will be featured as in-game items to achieve during the event, which starts on Thursday, June 27, 2024. Below is the entire schedule for the Gucci Tennis Cup:
- June 27, 2024 to July 4, 2024
- July 11, 2024 to July 18, 2024
- July 25, 2024 to August 1, 2024
- August 8, 2024 to August 15, 2024
During these allotted weeks, players who win matches in the Gucci Tennis Cup will earn the various Gucci items as rewards. As they are going to be exclusive, anyone wanting to add the collection to their wardrobe must play matches during this time.
