However, it was also good at catching unwanted background noises, so you will want to ensure you have a quiet room to record in.
I also found that for the device to work well, you need to speak quite closely with it. Fixing the device on a tripod made this very difficult, and I found myself speaking very close to the microphone to achieve the high-quality recording I desired. If you have the device sitting near the back of your desk and sitting back in your chair, you will notice a significant drop in the recording quality.
