Players can increase their stamina in Wuthering Waves, making exploration and combat significantly easier. Fortunately, it’s very easy to do.
Players start out with 140 Stamina in Wuthering Waves. However, while this is enough to climb a small hill or swim a short distance, it won’t get you very far in the overworld. So, to prevent yourself from falling or, worse, drowning, you’ll need to increase your stamina. Fortunately, the process for doing so isn’t hard, but it will take a little bit of grinding.
How to Increase Your Stamina in Wuthering Waves
Players can increase their stamina in Wuthering Waves by using the Force Release Component item. You get Force Release Components as a reward for leveling up the Data Bank. For each level, you’ll get three rewards, with the Fore Release Component being one of them. After level 10, you won’t get any more Force Release Components. Each one increases your stamina by 10 points, and you can currently get 10 in total. Using all of them will bring your maximum stamina to 240.
In order to level up the Data Bank, you’ll need to collect new Echoes. These are the golden shadows that appear after you defeat an enemy or boss for the first time. The more powerful they are, the more EXP their Echo will give you. However, you won’t get any EXP if you attempt to absorb the same type of Echo.

It won’t take you too long to reach level 10 of the Data Bank, especially if you’re grinding monsters in the overworld. Of course, it’s worth increasing your Data Bank level anyway, as you get a number of other bonuses, such as an increased chance of getting better loot from boss drops. That’s everything you need to know about increasing your Stamina in Wuthering Waves. For more guides just like this one, be sure to check out our Guide Hub.
