The Pokémon TV App is Available Now On The Nintendo Switch

Nintendo has announced the Pokémon TV app for Nintendo Switch, featuring plenty of Pokémon-related content for free.

While there is no currently Netflix app available on the Nintendo Switch, the Pokémon TV app will be the easiest way to access full episodes of the animated show. The app also offers highlights from Pokémon Championship tournaments and the Trading Card Game (TCG), as well as “junior content” for younger Pokemon fans.

Announced in a new 15-second trailer by the Nintendo of America on Twitter, the Pokémon TV app will offer hundreds of episodes, including full seasons and animated specials. So there will be hours of content and the episodes will change periodically.

The Pokémon TV app also includes “Junior Content”. According to the official app page on the Nintendo Switch, “Kids can join in with sing-along songs, hear popular nursery rhymes, and more.”
