Solo Developer SOVERAM has dropped an update for the launch of NIRAVASI after its previously listed February release date.
Based in the UK, SOVERAM wished to explore a different route after working on the game BLANK in RPG Maker. Putting emphasis on written and visual storytelling, NIRAVASI is looking set to be a fantastic evolution of the developer’s prior work. The game’s use of visual horror and mystery to engage players with its world is absolutely stunning.

What is NIRAVASI?
In NIRAVASI you have the great pleasure of exploring the ruins of an ancient city as a Cat. The pixelated art style focuses on bringing attention to the eerie architecture, while you explore the foreboding streets. You will uncover gripping mysteries as you venture out, escaping and preparing for the dangers that lay ahead. There is so much to unravel in this mysterious indie gem, so we’ve broken down some of the features you can expect to see:
- Discover the long-forgotten tales of a lost human civilization
- Avoid or plan for deadly encounters with a variety of mechanical horrors
- Adventure through 8 distinct levels
- A somber soundtrack and chiptune SFX
NIRAVASI is coming exclusively to PC on July the 6th. The game is currently priced at $9.99USD. For those interested in learning more about the game, a free demo has been available for the last year. Also, don’t forget to head on over to the game’s Steam store page to wishlist it and be notified of any future updates.
