As players explore the broader regions of Palworld, they’ve uncovered that Huge Dragon Eggs hatch some of the rarest pals in the game. The only issue is that finding these can be difficult if you don’t know where to look.
The Huge Dragon Eggs, easily identifiable by their size and distinctive purple and black stripes, are a rare find located in Palworld’s most challenging regions. To get your hands on them, follow our comprehensive guide below for the full list of pals that can hatch from them and the quickest farming route we’ve found in Palworld.
What Can Hatch from Huge Dragon Eggs?
Different combinations of pal species can be bred together, giving you an egg to incubate and allowing you to create some unique pals for your base; click here for the full list of breeding combinations. Following the breeding list above will give you a 100% chance of hatching a specific pal, depending on your species recipe. However, the Huge Dragon Eggs work a bit differently; they have a small chance of hatching seven species of pals.
Here is the full list of pals that can hatch from Huge Dragon Eggs:
- Azurobe: 10% chance
- Elphidran: 10% chance
- Jormuntide: 10% chance
- Jormuntide Ignis: 5% chance
- Relaxaurus: 10% chance
- Relaxaurus Lux: 10% chance
- Quivern: 10% chance
Where to Find Huge Dragon Eggs?
As we’ve mentioned, these are tough to find and require a bit of strategy to increase the frequency at which you find them. Luckily, we are the Magnus Carlsen of hunting dragon eggs. They are easy to spot as they are quite obviously massive and distinctly colored with a purple and black striped pattern.
You’ll need to travel to the highest-level areas in Palworld to find the Huge Dragon Eggs. Specifically, the Desert, Snowy Mountain, and Mount Obsidian areas of the Palpagod Islands are the best. The eggs randomly spawn in these areas, but we believe we’ve found the best route to run to increase the amount you can find as quickly as possible.
Head on over to the Foot of the Volcano, as shown in the picture below, and travel North/West on a flying pal. Fly up and down the coastline, scanning the numerous small islands, keeping your eyes peeled for those signature purple and black markings. Make sure you leave a lot of room in your inventory before starting this farm, as Huge Dragon eggs weigh 50, and you’ll find a tonne of scorching eggs here, too.
Huge Dragon Egg Farm Details
With just a couple of runs up and down the coastline near the Foot of the Volcano, you should be able to get a handful of them, which is easily the best farm we’ve found so far. Make sure to put a marker on the map every time you find one to make your next farms faster; this way, you won’t have to remember the spawn points in future runs. Then head back to your base, throw them in some incubators, and start hatching some of the rarest pals in Palworld.
