Season of Revelry Lords of the Fallen

Lords of the Fallen: Season of Revelry: Everything You Need To Know

Hexworks is happy to announce the start of the “Season of Revelry” in Lords of the Fallen, with part one of the event starting today and the second part next week on December 21, 2023.

Between the two parts, Season of Revelry introduces a tonne of new features, including three brand-new quests that unlock new armor and weapon sets, new spells, finishing moves, projectiles, all-new snowball fights, and more. Here is everything you need to know.

Season of Revelry – The Offerings of Orius Features

The Offerings of Orius is the first part in the Season of Revelry update for Lords of the Fallen, and here are all the features you can expect:

  • Six New Spells, including the devastating Immolation, Radiant Shield Throw, and Holy Arrow Shot.
  • Three New Projectiles, including Blood Vomit, Explosive Mines, and Frost Worms.
  • New Boss Weapon Abilities have been added following a highly positive community reaction to the introduction of boss weapon abilities in an earlier update. Players can now unlock powerful abilities for every boss weapon, including an eruption of bouncing flames with the Abbess’s Greatsword and a torrent of burning blades with the Father of Misery’s Greathammer. Naturally, you’ll have to complete ‘secret tasks’ to use the abilities.
  • Festive Seasonal Decorations to celebrate the Season of Revelry.

Season of Revelry – The Trial of the Three Spirits Features

The Trial of the Three Spirits is the second part in the Season of Revelry update for Lords of the Fallen and will be released on December 21, 2023. Here are all the features you can expect:

  • The Trial of the Three Spirits includes three new questlines, three new armor sets, and three new weapons, with each representing one of the three gods – Orius’ Radiance, Adyr’s Rhogars, and the mysterious Umbral.
  • In-game character appearance reset is a highly requested community feature, and it will allow players to change their character’s name, body shape and gender, skin tone, hair color, and other physical attributes. Of course, a new quest must be completed in order to reap these rewards.
  • New Grievous Attacks, allowing every family of weapon to have two unique finishers, one for single-handed wielding and one for two-handed wielding.
  • A Storage Box is another much-sought feature, and players can deposit up to 2,000 items in the Skyrest Bridge Coffer to help free up inventory space.
  • Gamepad Rebind gives players the ability to rebind gamepad buttons, having been able to remap the mouse and keyboard since launch.
  • Snowball Fights mean players have another new throwable and can launch snowballs at enemies or invaders alike.
