Lords of the Fallen Sales Exceed One Million Units
Cl Games is happy to announce that Lords of the Fallen sales have surpassed one million units after just ten days on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
“Lords of the Fallen is the most important and ambitious game we’ve developed in our 20-year history, and the first in our new planned AAA pipeline of games in the years ahead,” said Marek Tyminski, CEO, CI Games. “To see this fresh and innovative take on the action-RPG achieve one million sales in just 10 days has been humbling for everybody at HEXWORKS and CI Games.”
“Thank you to all the Lampbearers out there who have embarked on their journeys across Mournstead, fearlessly traversing the lands of the living and the dead,” said Saul Gascon, Head of Studio at HEXWORKS. “We’re incredibly grateful to the passionate Lords of the Fallen community for their invaluable feedback and ongoing support. It’s their unwavering dedication that has made this success possible, and we couldn’t be prouder to share it with them.”
Lords of The Fallen is another entry in the souls genre that offers seamless co-op between players, a unique dual-world mechanic, a gorgeous art style and a gripping story. Unfortunately, the bugs, performance issues, and over-reliance on familiar souls tropes bring it down. You can check out our review here.
However, since the launch of Lords of the Fallen, Hexworks, the developers behind the game, have been working hard to provide patches and improvements for players to enjoy the game, with more fixes scheduled for Thursday this week.
Lords of the Fallen is out now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
