Jurassic World Evolution 2: Feathered Species Pack and New Content Update Details
Frontier Developments is happy to announce the launch of their latest DLC, the Jurassic World Evolution 2: Feathered Species Pack, alongside a new free content update.
Jurassic World Evolution 2 is the incredibly addicting sequel to 2018’s Jurassic World Evolution and continues straight after the movie, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. The current game (with the deluxe edition) contains around 100 different dinosaurs, and after being out for a month, the developer has decided to add some more. What is the Jurassic World Evolution 2: Feathered Species Pack?
The Feathered Species Pack adds four fascinating prehistoric creatures to the game, all of which have magnificent feathers that are sure to captivate visitors to your park. First up is Yutyrannus, which is known as the ‘feathered tyrant’. This carnivorous beast, one of the largest feathered predators ever discovered, boasts a light yet dense coat that provides insulation against cold weather conditions.
The second addition to the game is Jeholopterus, an agile flying reptile with a delicate coat of short fibres. It is the smallest species to fly through the skies in Jurassic World Evolution 2 to date, and park visitors can watch it feeding from the new insectivore feeder. The third species is Deinocheirus, one of the largest ornithomimosaurs ever discovered. Despite its intimidating appearance, this omnivorous species feeds on both plants and fish.
Last but not least is Sinosauropteryx, a fascinating pack-hunter that was the first fossil to suggest the existence of feathered dinosaurs. Visitors to your park will be thrilled to see its long, striped tail and thick feathered coat.
Alongside the Feathered Species Pack, Frontier Developments is also releasing an exciting free update for existing players. This update includes a range of new features and enhancements, including the new Log Viewing Gallery and Dome Viewing Gallery, which give park builders even more ways for their guests to observe prehistoric residents. The introduction of a Cinematic Camera Mode also allows players to capture their parks in all their splendour. Plus, zip line variants and additional square levels allow players to get even more creative.
Overall, the Jurassic World Evolution 2: Feathered Species Pack and free content update are exciting new additions to an already thrilling game. With new creatures to discover and more ways to build and manage your park, there’s never been a better time to dive back into the world of Jurassic World Evolution 2.
To access the Feathered Species Pack and free content update, you must first download the Jurassic World Evolution 2base game. If you’re an Xbox Game Pass subscriber, you can also play the game through this service.
