If you’ve found that you aren’t getting all of your Call of Duty: MW3 Vault Edition content, don’t worry. We’ve got the fix for you.
Players who purchase the MW3 Vault Edition are entitled to a number of rewards, including the BlackCell Battle Pass and 30 additional Tier Skips. Unfortunately, some fans have found that despite paying the extra premium for the Vault Edition, they’re not unlocking these additional rewards. However, there is a solution to this problem, which shouldn’t take too long to implement. Below, we explain how to fix your Vault Edition not working.
How to Fix MW3 Vault Edition Not Working
To fix the MW3 Vault Edition not working issue, you must contact Activision Support and request their help. Make sure you have proof of purchase for the Vault Edition to give to them. There are a few other solutions that you can try if you don’t want to go through Activision’s Support team. They are:
- Verify your game files
- Reinstall the game
However, it’s important to note that the MW3 Vault Edition includes the Battle Pass for MW3 Season 1. We are currently in preseason, so you will not receive the Battle Pass yet.
Unfortunately, the same issue occurred with MW2, and fans had to contact Activision Support then as well to get it resolved. According to Activision, the issue is being investigated, and a fix should hopefully be released in the future. However, for now, the only way to get your Vault Edition content is to reach out to the Support team.
