Jahandar (Manticore)

  • Location: Lower City
  • Mission: Lost in Mount Qaf (Final Mission)

Jahandar is a Manticore, a formidable hybrid of a lion’s body, human head, and scorpion tail that can shoot poisonous darts. A Manticore is believed to be indestructible, but that is until you must defeat it on your journey to rescue Ghassan.

Varham

  • Location: Upper City
  • Mission: The Abducted Prince

This initial fight with Varham is less of a boss fight and more about you being destined to be defeated. Once you reach a certain point in the fight a cutscene will trigger, which sets up events for the rest of the game.

Kiana, the Forest Queen

  • Location: Hyrcanian Forest
  • Mission: The Path to the Sands Prison

Kiana is the Forest Queen and will likely be the first boss where you start to realize that the game is harder than it first lets on. She has captured a beast under her control and will use an array of attacks that can deal a decent amount of damage.

Azdaha

  • Location: Pit of Eternal Sands
  • Mission: The Darkest of Souls

Azdaha is a giant serpent in the Pit of Eternal Sands and will force you to use the Shadow of the Simurgh a lot. This is a tough boss fight and may take you multiple attempts.

  • Mission: The Celestial Guardians

Orod is one of the Immortals and is a very heavy hitter. He utilizes a large tornado-type Athra Surge and has multiple moves that trigger cutscenes and deal enormous damage. He could be quite a difficult fight for the unprepared.

Menolias

  • Location: Upper City
  • Mission: The Celestial Guardians

Menolias is one of the Immortals and is who’s Bow and Chakram you have been utilizing for the majority of the game. He is quite difficult as he is constantly trying to separate himself from you, so you’ll have to use everything at your disposal to get close to him.

Varham

  • Location: Upper City
  • Mission: Return to the Past

This is the second time you fight Varham, but the first time where you must defeat him in order to progress. He is the leader of the Immortals and a formidable foe. Fortunately, this time around you will have help from the former Sargon.

King Darius

  • Location: Tower of Silence
  • Mission: Father and Son

King Darius is Varham’s father and the former King of the throne. This was rightfully taken away from him, and he is a very tough opponent capable of unleashing a barrage of attacks that you must continuously dodge.

Varham

  • Location: Crossroads of Time
  • Mission: The Crossroads of Time

The final boss is Varham, who has gone corrupt with power. This fight is easily the most difficult fight in the game, and you must defeat Varham multiple times in order to complete the game.
