Dragon’s Dogma 2 DLC Rumored to Be Coming This November

According to a recent leak, Dragon’s Dogma 2 will apparently be getting DLC, and it’s meant to be released in November.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 isn’t even out yet, and already the leaks are going wild. Gameplay footage has already begun appearing online, and now rumors of DLC have started popping up. Whether you’re already sold on the game or are waiting for reviews, the prospect of more Dragon’s Dogma 2 content is pretty appealing. While everything below should be taken with a grain of salt, it’s hard not to get a little excited.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 Leaks Say DLC Coming This November

Dragon’s Dogma 2 DLC is rumored to be released on November 29, 2024. It will apparently be called The Dragon Princess. This is according to user Bi-HanKuai on Reddit. They posted a screenshot from an unsourced X post showcasing Capcom’s upcoming lineup of releases. It’s very important to state that this should be taken with a huge grain of salt. None of this has been officially confirmed, and the image has no source.

Additionally, the post also included release dates for Monster Hunter Wilds, the next mainline Monster Hunter game, as well as Resident Evil X. Monster Hunter Wilds, is apparently releasing on March 14, 2025, and will be getting DLC called Cataclyst in 2026. Resident Evil X, on the other hand, will apparently be released on October 24, 2025. You can see the image of all the release dates below.

The image is likely taken from an internal Capcom showcase that has then found its way online. Of course, that is if it is indeed real. However, while it remains unverified, it wouldn’t be surprising for Dragon’s Dogma 2 to be getting DLC. The first game got DLC in the form of cosmetics, weapon packs, quest packs, armor packs, and Rift Crystals, all of which were then later repackaged into the Dark Arisen re-release.

Considering Capcom has continued its habit of releasing DLC for its games, such as with the Monster Hunter series, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Dragon’s Dogma 2 get some. However, whether or not it will be released as close to launch as this November remains to be seen. It’s also currently unclear what this DLC will entail, as no details surrounding that have been leaked. Considering it’s called The Dragon Princess, players can likely expect a story-focused DLC as opposed to cosmetics. Once again, this is all supposing that it is real.
