The Interactive Games and Entertainment Association (IGEA) is excited to announce the finalists for the 2023 Australian Game Developer Awards (AGDAs), which will take place on October 4th at 6:30 pm AEDT at the Forum Melbourne.
This event is part of the Melbourne International Games Week celebrations and will be live-streamed on the IGEA Twitch channel for those who cannot attend in person. The AGDAs consist of 13 game categories, four Career and Culture awards, and a Game of the Year award. Here are all the awards and nominees for the 2023 event:

Among the numerous categories, the Australian Game of the Year award is always highly anticipated at the AGDAs. This year, it features four nominees: Gubbins, Moving Out 2, Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical, and Vactics. All four finalists have received nominations for other awards, with Stray Gods being nominated in a grand total of five categories.
