When Will Baldur’s Gate 3 Be Released on Xbox Series X/S?
Baldur’s Gate 3 is available on Xbox Series X/S right now. It was released on Xbox on Thursday, December 7, 2023, after the Game Awards 2023 aired. It is not coming to Xbox Game Pass or Xbox One but is available on Series X/S. This comes months after the game launched on PC and PS5 back in July and August respectively. Larian Studios’ Director of Publishing, Michael Douse, had previously stated the game was meant to be released earlier but that technical issues caused the game to be delayed on Xbox.
This comes just after the game won several awards at the Game Awards 2023, including Game of the Year. It was a landmark victory for the RPG, especially as it was nominated for 8 different categories, and will no doubt entice Xbox users to pick it up.
