Ubisoft Partners With Budgy Smuggler For Far Cry 6 Swimwear
Ubisoft and Australian swimwear company Budgy Smuggler have partnered up to create a Far Cry 6 themed swimwear collection available now.
Now that Far Cry 6 is a week away from launch, Ubisoft has begun ramping up its viral marketing. It would seem that one such piece of marketing is a collaboration between themselves and Australian swimwear company Budgy Smuggler. A line of swimwear inspired by some of Far Cry 6’s companions launched today. It features the lovable dog Chorizo and the crazed rooster Chicharrón.
It is a limited collection only available here. You can expect to pick up one of these lovely speedos for AUD$60. Additionally, a Thin Strap Racer version is also available for AUD$90.
What is Far Cry 6?
For those wondering what on earth Far Cry 6 is, it’s the latest in a long-running series developed by Ubisoft. In this iteration, players will take on the role of Dani Rojas and must lead a rebellion to take down the evil dictator Antón Castillo. In typical Far Cry fashion, players will explore a vast island, the biggest in the series’ history, and help the revolution in taking down this charmingly crooked villain. Far Cry 6 is one of our most anticipated games for October, which is saying something considering everything else releasing that month. Here is some of what players can expect:
Explore a vast island full of diverse biomes including jungles, beaches and urban enviroments
Take part in a devestating revolution to reclaim your home from an evil dictator
Utilise a wide range of handcrafted weapons including a rocket backpack and sardine can dispenser
Play in both third and first person and customise your character
For players a little worried that their rig won’t run it, you can check out the game’s minimum specs here. Far Cry 6 is releasing on October 7th and will be available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC.
