Developer, Thunder Lotus, has revealed the third and final free update for their game Spiritfarer titled Jackie and Daria.
In this update, players set sail for a new island that features a dilapidated hospital and two new spirits: Jackie and Daria. It is up to the player to restore this facility to its former grandiose. This huge update also adds new platforming portions and upgrades for the Spiritfarer ship.
Spiritfarer is a cozy management game about dying. Players take the role of Stella, who navigates the Spiritfarer, a ferry to the deceased. Players can build this boat to befriend and free spirits into the afterlife, as well as farm, mine, fish, harvest, cook, and craft. The game also features two-player cooperative play with the second player playing as Daffodil the cat.
The Jackie and Daria Update is coming for free on December 13, 2021, to everyone who owns the game on any platform. This will be Spiritfarer’s final update and the developers hope that players can enjoy the “final voyage with us”.
Spiritfarer is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, Stadia and PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store, and GOG for US$29.99.
