The next Pokemon Go Community Day for April 2024 will allow Trainers to catch Shiny Bellsprout with a Featured Attack.
The next Community Day will occur on Saturday, April 20, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time. Here are all the details you need to know:
What Pokemon Will Be Featured in the April 2024 Community Day?
Bellsprout, the Flower Pokemon, will be the next featured Pokemon in the April 2024 Pokemon Go Community Day. As always, you might even encounter a Shiny Bellsprout on the day, too.
Furthermore, if you evolve Weepinbell into Victreebel during the event, you will receive the Fast Attack Magical Leaf. This will be available for up to five hours after the event. Here are the move details:
Featured Attack: Magical Leaf
- Trainer Battles: 10 power
- Gyms and raids: 16 power
[Paid] Community Day Special Research Story
For just US$1.00 (or the equivalent in your local currency), Trainers can access the exclusive Bellsprout Community Day Special Research story.
This unique research will grant players additional encounters with the Community Day Pokemon and, in this case, Bellsprout. It will only be available during the Community Day event times, and tickets are nonrefundable. We’d recommend only purchasing this if you really want to maximize your chances of catching Shiny Bellsprout.
Event Bonuses
There will be additional event bonuses available throughout the Bellsprout Pokemon Go Community Day, including:
- 3× XP for catching Pokémon.
- 2× Candy for catching Pokémon.
- 2× chance for Trainers level 31 and up to receive Candy XL from catching Pokémon.
- Lure Modules activated during the event will last for three hours.
- Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for three hours.
- Take a few snapshots during Community Day for a surprise!
- One additional Special Trade can be made for a maximum of two for the day.*
- Trades will require 50% less Stardust.*
*The trade bonuses will last until 10:00 pm local time. These bonuses are the same for most Community Day events.
Bonus Raid Battles (After Community Day)
After the three-hour Community Day event finishes, Trainers can participate in special four-star Raid Battles. This will run from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm local time.
Weepinbell will spawn in four-star raids, and successfully completing the raid will reward Trainers with Bellsprout spawning around the Gym that hosted the raid for 30 minutes. It’s important to note that Remote Raids can’t be used to join these battles.
These Bellsprout will have the same chance of appearing as Shiny as they did during the 3-hour Community Day event window.
Field Research and Pokestop Showcases
Community Day Field Research will be available for all Trainers. These can be completed by catching Bellsprout, which will yield additional encounters, Stardust, Great Balls, and more.
Bellsprout will also be the featured Pokemon at PokeStop Showcases, so be on the lookout for that.
Pokemon Go Community Day Bellsprout Event Bundles
There will be event bundles for the Pokemon Go Community Day Bellsprout that will be significantly cheaper than the usual price. These are similar to bundles from previous Community Days. Here are the deals:

The first bundle (available in-game) costs 480 Pokecoins and will provide you with the following items:
- 30 Ultra Balls.
- 1 Incense.
- 3 Super Incubators.
- 1 Lure Module.

The second bundle (available in-game) costs 1350 Pokecoins and will give you the following items:
- 50 Ultra Balls.
