EA and Zoink announced the official release date of their upcoming game, Lost in Random, at EA Play Live 2021.
About Lost in Random
Made by Swedish game studio Zoink, Lost in Random is a gothic action-adventure game. As a fairytale-inspired game, it is set in the Kingdom of Random, a place divided into six shadowy realms over which a wicked Queen rules.
The experience is designed to be a unique blend of story-driven adventure, explosive dice battles, and giant board game arenas, among other equally interesting traits. The gameplay features also include elements of randomness (surprise, surprise), time-freezing tactics, card play, and various abilities and spells. The Story
In Lost in Random, players take control of Even, a young girl on a quest to find her sister, Odd. Walk mysterious cobbled streets, meet unpredictable characters who are equally likely to help or hinder you, and take on courageous quests in order to save Odd from the clutches of the Evil Queen.
Along her journey, Even also meets Dicey, a strange living dice. Together, they set out and uncover an age-old tale with a surprisingly modern message: Randomness isn’t something to be feared or controlled but can be harnessed if embraced.
The Details
As announced at EA Play Live 2021, Lost in Random is set to release on September 10, 2021. Pre-orders are open now, with the game releasing on a wide variety of platforms: Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and also PC on Origin and Steam.
