The LEGO Group is continuing to make new games in Fortnite, launching two unique experiences for kids and the whole family to enjoy.
LEGO Fortnite has been a huge success, reaching almost 2.5 million concurrent players and achieving a higher active player count than the battle royale in December 2023. On the back of this success, The LEGO Group seems to want to continue creating games within Fortnite. Here is everything you need to know about the two new LEGO experiences in the game.
What are the Two New LEGO Experiences in Fortnite?
LEGO Raft Survival and LEGO Obby Fun are two new experiences by the LEGO Group that are available now within Fortnite. These are the first experiences since the release of LEGO Fortnite and offer action-packed challenges for players centered around classic LEGO themes.
LEGO Raft Survival blends energetic multiplayer problem-solving with the iconic LEGO Pirates theme. In this adventure, the infamous Blackbeard throws down the gauntlet, challenging players and their companions to navigate the treacherous waters and keep afloat on a raft. Survivors must contend with cannonballs fired from the Blackbeard’s Barracuda Ship while gathering essential resources like wood and treasures to construct more rafts.
LEGO Obby Fun is the first official LEGO-themed obstacle course on Fortnite. This innovative course provides a LEGO-inspired twist to climbing and problem-solving, featuring brick-built platforms crafted by actual LEGO designers and plenty of hot dogs, pizzas, unicorns, and much more.
Players will spawn randomly on a section of the course inspired by LEGO themes such as LEGO Friends, LEGO City, LEGO NINJAGO, and LEGO DREAMZzz. This experience will provide a fresh challenge every time, and it can be completed either solo or with friends.
Will There Be More LEGO Experiences Coming to Fortnite
The LEGO Group plans to launch several more LEGO-themed experiences inside Fortnite throughout 2024 and beyond. This comes as part of the long-term partnership between Epic Games and the LEGO Group to create a LEGO Island and develop fun and safe digital spaces for children and families.
