Electronic Arts are happy to announce upcoming details for their highly-anticipated game, EA SPORTS FC 24.
Previously known as FIFA, EA SPORTS FC is the new series by Electronic Arts due to the fact Electronic Arts lost the rights to the FIFA name. The game will be the same as usual, and feature their very popular game mode, Ultimate Team. However, this time, you can craft a team with both women and men, increasing the overall chemistry possibilities.
What is HyperMotion V?
EA SPORTS FC 24 introduces HyperMotionV, a groundbreaking technology that utilises data from over 180 professional men’s and women’s football matches to create a realistic experience.
Essentially, HyperMotion V is the name of the new version of the HyperMotion technology that is currently present in FIFA and will allow the developers to create true-to-football movements and animations.
Erling Haaland Will Be The Cover Star of EA SPORTS FC
Erling Haaland, the Ballon d’Or candidate for Manchester City and Norway, has been unveiled as the cover star for EA SPORTS FC 24.
Haaland’s exceptional performance throughout the season, including a record-breaking number of goals in the Premier League, solidifies his central position as a perfect cover star for the upcoming game. He shares the cover with legends such as Johan Cruyff, Pelé, and Ronaldinho.
The cover art has also seen some recent criticism, particularly on how the characters are designed. I’ll leave my personal comment out, but maybe just let me know how lifelike Bukayo Saka looks.
Release Date and Platform Details
Instead of looking at the negative aspects of losing the FIFA naming rights, EA SPORTS FC 24 have the opportunity to redefine the franchise and create a new immersive experience.
Pre-orders for EA SPORTS FC 24 are now available, with early access to the Ultimate Edition beginning on September 22, 2023.
The game is set to launch worldwide on September 29th, 2023 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC.
