Does Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora Have a Demo?

Avatar Frontiers of Pandora is only a few weeks away, but will fans get to try a demo before they buy it?

With the prices of games rising exponentially, demos are a great way to try before you buy. Of course, developers don’t typically have an incentive to release demos, but Ubisoft has proven that they work. It has released numerous free trials for its games over the years, including for the recently released Far Cry 6. Naturally, this has led many to wonder if Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will also get a demo. Here’s everything you need to know about it.

Does Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora Have a Demo?

No, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora does not currently have a demo on any platform, including PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5. Additionally, there is no way to get early access to the game prior to its launch, as no early access pre-order bonus has been announced. Therefore, players will have to wait until the game launches on Thursday, December 7, 2023, in order to play it. Of course, it is possible that the game will get a demo in the near future.

Will Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora Get a Demo?

Yes, it is very likely that Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will get a demo on all platforms after it has launched. However, fans shouldn’t expect it until around a year after the official release date. This is because Ubisoft games typically get 6-hour-long demos to allow players to trial them before they buy them. Far Cry 6 got a free trial a year after it launched that gave players access to the first seven missions. Similarly, The Divison 1 & 2, as well as Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, got 6-hour-long free trials.

Of course, it isn’t guaranteed that Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will get the same treatment. However, it would appear that releasing lengthy demos is Ubisoft’s current strategy and a welcome one for fans. We’ll update this article if an official demo gets announced.
