As Mizora isn’t a typical companion, she doesn’t have a conventional approval rating system. Yet, to ensure her continued presence, it’s essential to keep Wyll content.
Actions that increase Wyll’s approval:

- Displaying altruistic behaviour.
- Aiding those in distress.
- Opposing malevolent forces.

How to Romance Mizora

Players have been unaware until now, that you can also start a romance with his mysterious and alluring demoness, Mizora. This guide will walk you through the process.
ACT I
Upon rescuing Druid Halsin, you’ll be presented with the side quest “Free The Refugees”. Your choices here greatly influence your bond with Wyll. You’ll grapple with the decision to either ally with the Goblins against the Druids and Tieflings or defend them. To pave your way towards a romance with Mizora, stand with the Druids. Failing to do so, leads Wyll to part from your team, severing ties with Mizora.
ACT II
While navigating the Moonrise Towers, Mizora seeks your help in locating Zariel’s Asset. In a twist, you discover that you’ve been speaking with her projection. Pursuing Ketheric Thorm in The Mind Flayer Colony, you’ll find Mizora ensnared in a pod. Opt to “unleash” her to strengthen your bond and lay the groundwork for subsequent meetings.
ACT III
Progress through ACT III until you reach The Wyrm’s Rock Fortress. It’s at this point that Mizora will appear back at your camp and can be spoken with directly. Head back there and follow the dialogue options below to have a romance with Mizora.
Romantic Scene with Mizora
Mizora presents Wyll with a decision, irrespective of the choice, she remains in your camp. You must interact with Mizora a few times before the more intimate dialogue options become available. We suggest speaking to her in between quests whenever you’re back at camp and express your interest wherever possible. To speed things up, you can have a long rest in between conversations.
When she is ready for more, an exclamation point will hover over her head. She will say: “You’re hungry for pleasures beyond this plane. Something more satisfying than mortal flesh, blood, and bone.” Accept her tempting offer with “Sounds delicious. What are you suggesting?” and take a long rest.
As dusk falls, your character will be encircled in a demonic aura. Make sure you select these dialogue options:
- “Bask in the powerful sensations,”
- “I’m ready” or “Sigh and brace yourself.”
- “Gorge on the river” or “Take a tentative sip.”
The climax of this encounter sees Mizora bare herself to you. “Step into Mizora’s outstretched wings” to experience this forbidden romantic scene.
