Wizard With a Gun will add many requested features to the game this month, including the highly anticipated 4-player co-op mode.
The online co-op sandbox survival game Wizard With a Gun is finally adding four-player co-op. This will see the game finally reach developer Galvanic’s original vision and allow two additional Wizards to join in on the fun. Alongside four-player co-op, a new update is bringing a wealth of amazing features for fans to get excited about.
When Is Wizard With a Gun Getting Co-op?
Wizard With a Gun will be receiving the 4-player co-op update during the release of the Better Together free update on Monday, May 13, 2024. This new update will be released to PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S|X. However, the Better Together update isn’t only a co-op update. Players can get excited for an abundance of content coming during the upcoming update, including:
- Allow up to 4 wizards to team up and take on The Shatter.
- Adding preset difficulty modes, including Ranger (Easy), Gunslinger (Normal), Sheriff (Hard), and Outlaw (Very Hard).
- Create your own custom difficulty mode by tweaking variables to suit your playstyle.
- A new boss.
- A secret ending.
- More secrets to discover.
Although the Better Together update does bring players together, there has currently been no mention of whether this update will bring cross-platform play into Wizard With a Gun. This may end up coming in a future update. So, players should continue to be patient and wait for Galvanic to announce if it’s coming or not.
