What is Armored Core 6?

The game is a fast-paced, mech-based game where players use mechanized robotic suits called “Armored Cores” to fight others in mechs. The suits are deeply customizable and the player can tune it to fit their playstyle. Aside from looks, they can be tuned with four different weapons to combat the relentless enemies they will face on their mission.

Armored Core 6 is a single-player focused experience involving different megacorporations vying to take control of an energy source known as Coral. In order to guarantee their success, the megacorps use Armored Cores to ensure they achieve the Coral. With war breaking on the planet housing the energy, Rubicon-3, players are thrust into the role of a human mech pilot known as “C4-621” who is working as a mercenary during the conflict.

For those itching to get their hands on the game, then there is no need to fear as it’s almost here.

When Does Armored Core 6 Release?

Armored Core 6 is releasing on August 25, 2023, for all editions of the game as there is no early access included for different preorder editions.

A surprising but welcome release date as many are anticipating the next title from the creators of Elden Ring and Bloodborne.

Armored Core 6 is launching on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The game is available to pre-order on platforms storefronts now including Steam.
