Sony will reveal new information regarding the PlayStation 5 (PS5) on Wednesday, Sept. 16. They have confirmed the showcase offers a “look at some of the great games coming to PS5 at launch and beyond”.
The event will be livestreamed on major streaming platforms such as Twitch or YouTube.
Fans are hoping the event talks about more than just upcoming PS5 Games. Everyone is still waiting in anticipation for more PlayStation 5 details. Sony is still yet to reveal a PS5 launch date or price. Microsoft, Sony’s next-gen rival, revealed the release date and price of its next-gen Xbox systems, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, on Wednesday.
Back in June, Sony also had a PS5 Showcase, revealing the design of the next-gen console as well as upcoming games.

The latest Playstation showcase is scheduled for Wednesday 16th 1:00PM PDT in North America, and will run for around 40 minutes. Check below for the times in your region:
